		<description>I'm very sorry that your never received your gift certificate.  I did not mean to overlook you or breach a contract.  We truly appreciate you letting us display your pictures on the Jason's Deli website.  
I want to make this situation right.  Please email your contact information and I will have a gift certificate in the mail today.

I also wanted to say I recently got a xv6700 Pocket PC phone running WinMob 5.0, and I am commenting on your treo post with my pocket IE web browser over my integrated wifi.  I didn't get any recommendations, but the price was great at $150.  Plus, I finally ditched cingular and my number of dropped calls is plummeting!</description>
