I don’t know enough to comment on the legality of the photographer’s actions or the photographee’s response, I just have to say this. Have you ever been to LA? On a good day you’re lucky to see a mile away. If the photographer took the pictures from a mile away, you’d be lucky to see a blurry silhouette in his pictures.
