OEM Orientation Weekend

Filed under: Uncategorized — anselor at 10:26 am on Friday, August 19, 2005

A quick heads up for all you Gainesville people. Ellen and I will be in town from the 19th until the 21st of August. We should be arriving there around 11am Friday. We’ll be on campus until about 5pm for various orientation related things. We then have a planned dinner until about 7. After 7pm we should be available to see people.

Saturday we’ll be spending most of the day in OEM related activities. We should be available after a reception which should end at 7:30pm.

Sunday morning will be in lecture. We should be out of lecture Sunday afternoon by about 1:30pm. If you’re available Friday or Saturday evening or Sunday afternoon, please let me know.

I don’t remember the name of the hotel we’ll be staying at, but it’s near where Archer and 75 meet.

Tentative ideas:
Friday night, some sort of gathering somewhere to chat with whoever is available
Saturday night, probably dinner somewhere with whoever is available
Sunday afternoon, possibly lunch then we leave town.

Please let me know if you’ll be available at any of the times above or have suggestions for where to go for any of the times above.
