We’ve finished our second phase of renovations. We repainted the Office and put down laminate. We’re considering maybe putting in crown moulding in the future.
There’s just one big part left to do. We’re tearing out the remaining carpet downstairs (in the Family Room). This time we’re using the nicer Harmonics laminate from Costco. It comes with a 25 year warranty on the finish, the joints, and against water damage. The stuff in the Dining Room and Office only has warranty on the joints.
