If you haven’t noticed, I put some code in for my “archive” section. Next on my agenda is my ’search.’ But, before I really get into it, I’d like to take a survey of what you think is a ‘best match’ for a given search string.

So, if you searched for:

“the quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog”

Rank the following examples in the order you’d expect them to appear:

1. “The quick brown fox jumped on my rabbit and tore it to shreds. The funeral will be tomorrow.”

2. “I think my dog is lazy, it wouldn’t do anything. there was this fox chasing after this brown ball that bounced real quick all over the place and my stupid dog wouldn’t chase it”

3. “The quick brown dog ran into the house getting dirt all over the new carpet”

4. “The other day i was walking home and caught a quick motion in the corner of my eye. I was right past Brown Street. It looked like a fox, but I don’t know. I jumped the fence and climbed over some rocks to get a closer look. ‘Where the heck did I put my binoculars?’ I thought. Oh well, I’m lazy, it was probably just a dog anyway.”

Please also provide an explanation for why you decided on that order.
