Stupid States
While Florida may get a bad rep as a stupid state that doesn’t know how to vote, at least we’re not as stupid as North Dakota. The concealed weapons permit test in North Dakota used to have both a written portion and a shooting portion. In response to a blind man passing both tests and receiving a concealed weapons permit, the North Dakota legislature decided that the shooting portion of the test, obviously, isn’t an effective test. So now the shooting test is no longer required for a concealed weapons permit, thereby allowing more blind people to carry concealed firearms.
